Dr Asfiya Anjum

Dr Asfiya Anjum is the Principal Dentist at A&M Dental Group. She provides general dental care and takes time to understand each patient’s concerns, explain clinical findings and discuss suitable treatment options.
Dr Asfiya graduated in dentistry in Bangalore, India. After moving to Australia, she completed the Australian Dental Council examinations. She continues her professional development, including further education in oral surgery and implant dentistry.
Her approach centres on clear communication and planning care around each patient’s clinical needs and preferences. She welcomes questions and works with patients to make informed decisions about their oral health.
After living in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Dr Asfiya and her family settled in Perth. Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and reading Harry Potter.
Maria Saidam
Oral Health Therapist
Maria Saidam is an Oral Health Therapist at A&M Dental Group. She graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from Curtin University in 2023.
Maria’s work focuses on preventive dental care, oral health education and helping patients understand practical ways to care for their teeth and gums. Her clinical interests include children’s oral health and periodontal care. She takes time to listen to individual concerns and explain recommendations in clear language.
Maria continues to build her clinical knowledge through professional development. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Maihan Latif
Practice Manager
Maihan Latif helps coordinate the day-to-day running of A&M Dental Group and supports patients with questions about appointments and visiting the practice.
She has experience in dental assisting and practice management across Perth practices. Maihan completed a Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2022 and additional training in surgical assisting. She works with the clinical team to keep communication and appointments organised.
Outside work, Maihan enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and socialising.
